Wellington, NZ July 14, 2014 - Raygun.com, the popular error reporting service for web and mobile developers - today smashed through one billion errors processed on behalf of their loyal customer base. A momentous event - meaning the service’s 6,500+ users now have healthier software, thanks to being notified by Raygun in real time of crashes and bugs affecting their end users.
Mindscape, the company behind Raygun, released the error reporting service in early 2013 with the aim of improving software quality, creating the best error tracking tool for every developer – regardless of which programming language or platform they work with. Since its release the product has grown at a rapid rate - delighting developers all over the world and blasting software bugs in all sorts of applications.
Existing customers include the likes of Xamarin, Microsoft, Beats Music, ABC, Fool.com plus hundreds more.

The news comes just a few months after Mindscape raised $1.4M in a new investment round led by New Zealand investors including Lance Wiggs’ Punakaiki Fund, industry commentator Ben Kepes, TradeMe’s Mike O’Donnell amongst others to support further growth.
