We want you to have a clear understanding of how we collect and use information in order to provide services, while at the same time safeguarding your privacy.
Raygun provides tools and services that help software developers make better software. In order to do that, we collect both information that our customers give us directly and information we gather from the way customers use our services.

Our service will automatically collect certain information about end users who access those applications that use our service. Data transmitted will relate to an error or exception and the environment under which it occurred. No personally identifying information is recorded, only information to aid in the diagnosis of errors. Information collected may include your IP address, or that of any end user.
We also collect information from site visitors. You may visit our site without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Like many online service providers, our site does collect information such as domain names, IP address, browser type, operating system, access times and referring web site addresses. This type of information does not personally identify you.

We may use your personal information to deliver additional services, such as direct communications, newsletters, events, training or software that you request or purchase. We may also use any information you have provided as reasonably necessary to provide customer support to you.
We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to any third party, except as required to do so by law.
