10 new Raygun features: #3 Export users to CSV
Posted Dec 17, 2015 | 1 min. (174 words)A big shout out to Ryan from Melbourne, who brought this issue to our attention. While we were chatting to Ryan recently about what he would do to improve Crash Reporting, he suggested there should be an easier way to see the entire list of affected user email addresses and better yet, be able to export all of these affected users and their email addresses to a CSV file for his customer service team.
We thought this was a great suggestion and decided to put happy Alex (below) to the task.
The Raygun app now allows you to not only view the affected users, but also provides you with the ability to export their email addresses to a CSV file. This feature makes contacting the affected users easier and quicker than ever.
Stay tuned for Jamie’s feature tomorrow for clickable links in the Custom Data and Raw tabs of the error pages.
