Hot on the heels of Jason’s better iOS error grouping feature from our 10 New Raygun Features In 10 Days campaign, he also took the opportunity to released a new version of the Raygun Sidekick. This new version fixes a signing issue that was making it difficult to start the app for the first time, particularly on El Capitan. Additionally, the Mac menu bar icon now supports the dark theme – changing the color to white for people who love the darker menu bar tint.
For those who don’t know, the Raygun Sidekick is a simple Mac application that detects when you use XCode to archive you applications, and then helps you to upload the dSYM files to your Raygun account for backtrace symbolication. The latest version of the Raygun Sidekick can be downloaded here.
