Add options to filter out types of errors from the daily digest report

We have a number of exceptions that need to be permanently ignored that are always listed in the daily report.
We've found this confusing because we aren't sure if these are the same or new errors from the permanently ignored list.
I think it would be useful to be able filter those out.
If possible, it might also be useful to be able to filter errors marked as ignore or resolved.

Hi there,
This change has been made and is now live. Ignored and permanently ignored errors will no longer be displayed in the Error daily digest.
