We have new modern javascript, and I'm less than concerned if IE5 fails to work. It'd be nice if we could just discard client side errors from old unsupported browsers (we've already shown them a warning).

Alternatively, being able to mark an error as "Permanently Ignored in Opera" or something similar would be great too.

I think the ability to set browser profiles would be great. We typically support the last three versions of a browser. I wouldn't want errors for older browsers discarded, but it'd be good to have a flag that said, 'Hey this error is only affecting an unsupported browser'.

I love the idea of being able to resolve an error in a specific browser.

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback on our product!

Depending on what provider you are using, you can use theexcludedUserAgentsavailable within our Raygun4JS provider. Since this is done at code level, you will not see this being processed and reflected within the Raygun UI.

However, I do suggest not dropping errors as this means you will lose visibility into problematic areas that can have high traffic from users that you care about.

Within the UI, you can use our Top Level Filters to see the errors that you want to. Here is some additional documentation on our TLF feature to gauge an understanding on how to use it here.

Personally, I like to bookmark the page with the filter so I don't need to re-apply to filter when I visit the site again.

This feature request has also been passed onto the team for further improvements to the product as well.

Cheers,

Sumitra
