Exclude ignored issues from daily digest

I have some issues set to be permanently ignored which keep storing data of new occurrences (as intended). I've done this in order to get some notifications "out of my way" without losing information which could be quite insightful at some later time.

Unfortunately those issues are still included in the daily digest (total numbers & listing of occurred issues). Since I'd like them to be "out of my way" for now, this is somewhat counterproductive.

I'd really appreciate if you could either exclude ignored issues from the daily digest at all or at least introduce some new option which lets me decide on whether I'd like them to be reported or not.

I'd just want you to know that I'd still appreciate a solution for my request a lot. Having information about the ignored issues in my daily digest is really disturbing and degrades its value a lot since the shown numbers are not "representative" anymore.

Even if you (or the Product Team) has decided to not implement such a feature I'd really appreciate some feedback!
