Would be nice to have some mechanism to get more instant support for emergency-level issues. Pay per incident or pay a higher monthly rate for some SLA that gives you sub-hour turnaround.
I'm currently locked out of our RayGun account and have no way of getting back in until someone responds to a feedback issue I entered.

Just adding a note here - SLAs are available as part of our enterprise agreements.
