@ mentions of team members in comments.

Markdown support for @mentions of team members in comments. Users will be notified of mention with a link to the error summary. This will be useful for tracking discussion around resolution of error. Currently our discussion's subsequent to error alert take place over email, would prefer to keep this all in one place.

This is planned but not for the immediate future.
Thanks for the feedback though -- hopefully we can nail it sooner rather than later!
