Display Tags and CustomData outside of Raw Details tab.

Currently the only way to see the Tags and CustomData is within the Raw Details tab, a fair way down in the json after stack trace and environment details. It would make it a lot easier to view this information if it was added to one of the existing tabs or its own tab.

We'll look to get this in asap - certainly they should be appearing on other tabs (the long term plan is to remove the 'RawDetails' tab, perhaps making it optional for developers who may find value in being able to read the raw request blob).

Just as an update, we now display custom data outside the RawDetails tab but we haven't added the tags yet. We have bigger plans for those.
I'll update this request when we have added the tag information :-)

Custom data and Tags are now displayed on the Custom tab for an error occurrence if available
