2-way sync should work with the on-premise version of Bitbucket

"We are currently running both BitBucket Server and JIRA Software on premise, behind a firewall. We were able to get this integration with Raygun working with JIRA. Will this also be possible with BitBucket or will this require the Cloud/On-Demand version of BitBucket?"
