Raygun Feature Request

I have many apps in Raygun already and will be adding many more, plus it will be multiplied by several environments (staging vs live) and different platforms. It would be really useful to be able to set up plugins - such as the HipChat integration - that would automatically apply across all apps, instead of having to copy the settings into each one every time I create it.

It would also be useful to extend this a little further and have app groups, and manage settings there.
