Ability to store a favourite filter

The ability to store a favourite filter on a per-user basis, as part of a user's settings or within the CR UI itself would be awesome. I have a need to re-check the same filter on a daily basis, but have to manually re-enter it each time. So it would be great to store this somewhere for later ease of access (DB storage later, localstorage, cookie etc MVP?)

Also something we're looking at with our overall work on the filters soon. The idea of having a 'Saved Filters' set you can apply on the dashboard would be handy.
