Tell me the users with the slowest times

Current Status:

Completed

From Leon:

It looks like there was one user that came there and their browser took 5 minutes to render the page.

Is there any way I can find out what user that was? And what was causing the render issue?

Hello,

Just an update on this feature request - the ability to find out which users are experiencing slow load times is on our road map. We'll keep you updated on this feature.

Kind regards,

Yosan

Hi,

We also need to identify the slowest requests made by the user. Also along with the site itself we need "Slowest requested XHR" to identify the slowest requests in XHR

Hi there,

We recently launched the histogram drill down, and page request details features in Real User Monitoring. With this launch, there are now a couple of ways to find the users with the slowest load times for a particular page.

First up, the histogram drill down.

  1. Navigate to the performance tab in RUM
  2. Click the URL of the page you're interested in finding out which users had the slowest experience with, from the tables on the performance tab.
  3. Once you've navigated to the performance page for that particular URI, you can drill into any of the histogram bars by clicking on them. This will show you a list of sessions that contained a page view that fell within the timings represented by that bar. (To find the slowest sessions, click the last bar on the histogram).
  4. Click on the session ID to find the full session, and the users information.

Alternatively, follow step 1 and 2 above and navigate to the performance page for a specific URI. Then scroll to the bottom of the page, and you'll find the slowest requests table. This table lists the slowest requests for that page in the time range selected and shows you the user who made the request.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any further questions.

Cheers,
Nicholas
