Assign a User

It would be great if it were possible to assign a user to an issue. i.e. Once an issue is created you can change the "owner" so that everyone else knows that "John" is already looking into a particular issue.
This would avoid the scenario where two people start looking into a issue and duplicating effort.

In addition, it would be nice to visibly see these assignments somewhere in the dashboard view so you can take a look at a high-level of all the errors and whether or not someone is working on them
