Raygun Feature Request

Right now, when adding applications, we have to remember to remove the application from the general Users team, and assign it to the appropriate individual team. It would be great to have a Team selector right on the "Create Application" page.

We've added the option to specify the initial team when creating an application for plans with more than the default 'Owners' and 'Users' teams.

As before all applications will still be accessible to people in the owners team.
