I've used RayGun on and off for about 2 years and would love to use it more, but some of our clients have problems with the storage of any data, howsoever secure the storage, if that storage is offshore.

The clients I refer to are CWP (Common Web Platform) clients, normally government depts and agencies who have internal requirements around data storage, data security etc - regardless of assurances of any developer that any/all Exception based data be free of organisationally or personally identifying data or labels.

So basically: NZ-based storage option? Out of interest - where is RayGun data stored, geographically speaking?

Many thanks Russ

Raygun is hosted in the Amazon AWS US-EAST region, and our data and backups are also hosted inside that region. At this current time we won't be looking to expand to a NZ based storage option as part of the hosted service but we may revisit that in the future if/when AWS has a data center here.

We do however have an enterprise on-premise offering which would suit this need (see: https://raygun.io/enterprise) and if you are interested in this please get in touch and one of the team can provide more details.
