Provide more than just a Raygun link when creating a Fogbugz case

The Fogbugz plugin currently only provides a link to the Raygun error in a new case's description.
Rather than send developers outside of our main case tracking system to gather the information they need to fix bugs, it would be extremely helpful to embed that information directly into the case when it's opened. The information we find most useful:
- Platforms affected
- Afflicted versions of the app
- Total # of occurrences
- Unique users affected (if available in data provided by the app)
- Whether or not the error is reproducible and any repro steps (supplied by the case opener)
- Relevant stack frames (we filter these with a specific algorithm, so likely not generically applicable)
- Any logs (again, if available in data provided by the app)
Dunno how doable this is for you, but even if we had the ability to customize the kind of output that the Raygun plugin provided (including a spot for custom code if needed), that would be awesome.
