Integration with Salesforce or public API It would be nice to have an integration with Salesforce (CRM) available, so customer support can view in Salesforce which posted exceptions are solved when communicate with customers. An other option is to have a public API. So everyone can build his/her own integration service to their own Salesforce implementation.
