Changing the time format should also change the date and time pickers to the correct format

Changing the time format from 12 hours to 24 hours and vice versa should also change the time format in the date and time picker, this does not work today.
When I change from 12 hours to 24 hours in my user settings, the date picker still uses 12 hours, which is extremely annoying.
