Feature Request
Show / Graph affected users / customers
Current Status:
Completed
pkmiec
In order to better determine what should be fixed and in what ordered, I need to know how many users / customers are affected by an error.
Currently, Raygun shows a total count and a trend over time for each error. Likewise, I'd like to also see total count of user / customers affected as well as trend of user / customers affected over time for each error.
I think an additional field would need to added to the REST API to support this. Perhaps details.request.userName or details.environment.userName.

We are working on adding support for this.
We've added the server side capability for handling it, we're now looking at the smartest way to incorporate this into all the language providers we support + how the UI will look for showing the affected users.
I'll update this request as we progress through to supporting this feature in production.

Great news! We've added an extra column to the Crash Reporting dashboard to make it easier for you to rank errors by affected users.
You can find out more about this feature here: https://raygun.com/blog/2016/06/rank-errors-according-to-users/
