Add support for nHibernate query detection

We have a .net webapp that uses nhibernate for database access (oracle / mssql). The nHibernate queries are currently not detected by APM.
Would be a great addition.

Hi Chris,
We do cover MSSQL and Oracle already, so it's unusual that it is not currently being detected.
Could you please use the "Contact Raygun" link in your app sidebar to send us an example (e.g. a small program which reproduces this) of where this not working, so we could investigate further? It might be something specific to the way NHibernate calls or it could be something else, but without a clear example, it is difficult for us to replicate the issue on our end.
