Delete Error Report

Need a way to delete an error report, instead of just ignoring it. Did some test or internal submits and want to get rid of my test error reports.

This is now available - see https://raygun.io/blog/2014/06/new-affected-browsers-deleting-error-groups/ for more details. There is also a bulk delete facility available on the application dashboard when selecting errors in the list.
