Enhance JIRA Integration - add ability to specify JIRA Issue fields (e.g. required fields on JIRA, assign to user)

Currently the JIRA integration allows the user to create issues with only the Name specified. It would be useful to be able to specify more fields for the JIRA issue, especially if the JIRA project is set up to have required fields
In my case all JIRA issues requires the "Affected Version/s" field, hence the integration from RayGun cannot successfully create a JIRA issue. Other JIRA issue fields will also be useful, especially the ability to assign the issue to a specific JIRA user
