Raygun Feature Request

We currently use the Raygun-VictorOps integration. If we get more than a certain number of exceptions logged within a minute, we generate an alert. What we would like to have is more granular control over these alerts, e.g.

• If exception A occurs more than 10 times in a minute - Create a VictorOps alert
• Never fire alerts for exception B
• If exception C occurs more than 50 times in a minute - Create a VictorOps alert
