Add "Machine Name" as a heading under Dashboard view > Error Reports

Most of our sites and apps are run in several environments: Dev (localhost), Test, UAT and production. It would be useful to see at-a-glance under the "Dashboard view" (and in the digest emails) which machine generated the error.
At the moment, I need to view the email and click the link, and find out which machine generated the error on raygun.io. While we do have a RayGun extension to our app (SilverStripe) which we can use to filter calls to Raygun by environment, we still need the awesome Raygun reporting on >1 additional envs such as Test, UAT and Prod which means errors might be generated on any one of 4 machines (We have two internal test servers also).
A feature to sort or group the digest email and dashboard view by environment, or even allowing users to customise their digest email (Group errors by: Date, Machine-Name, ClassName etc) would be great, or perhaps simpler for the raygun dev team, hard-code a handful of pre-built digest emails where users can pick the one they use sorted/grouped by any one of the above.

Thanks for all this feedback. We are certainly planning to implement environment support to help filter exceptions as well as see which environment caused an exception by glancing at the dashboard. We'll keep this feedback in mind when improving the emails too.

Just a note to let you know that machine name was added as an error group filter to Raygun Crash Reporting about a year ago, along with a few other filter types.
