Daily digest to Slack

I would like to suggest you send the daily digest info as a ping to Slack if the Slack plugin is activated. We don't want to get a ping into slack on every single error, but would be nice to get an overview of the errors we are getting.
Slack is a tool we use internally for communicating. Parts of the company don't need to see any details about the errors or figure out what to do about them. That is up do us devs. So a ping out to Slack each day to see if we are doing better or worse would be very helpful.
