It would be great to have the ability to customize the alerts somehow so we can see this custom information at the highest level (subject line) of the notification.
Here is an example of a scenario this would be useful to us:
Given that: Customer A is someone that pays us lots of money, Customer B is someone that pays us very little money
If Exception/Error happens to Customer A we need to treat it a little more urgently than if it happens to B. We already utilize the custom tag functionality to mark the customer names so maybe 1) we could have the ability to add custom tag data to the notification text somehow. or 2) have some sort of notification level where we could set up a filter that sends out 'higher priority' notifications based on some rules (tag values, etc..)
