Trying to buy Medium plan, site not unlocking

We started a trial of your service and love it. We let the trial expire, and I went and bought the medium plan.
I received a Raygun Billing email saying it went through, but the site is still acting as if our trial is expired.
Did something go wrong?

Ok, I think I purchased the medium plan under my username, but need it to go under our organization.
How do I fix it?
