Hi Ben,
Sorry for the slow performance today. We've had an issue with ingesting crash reports into our search cluster which affected the performance of fetching crash reports, as well how fast new crash reports were being processed and made available. This issue has recently been resolved and the back log of queued reports are quickly being processed now.
