No Raygun Emails

Most of our users are not receiving email notifications, this seems to have been happening for several days now, since February 23. Our mail server logs do not have any trace of them, so if they are being sent, they are not making it to our mail server. It looks like you guys are using Amazon's Simple Email Service, so it might be necessary to get them involved.
