I have a master account for the company I work for then invite every member to a specific application, but one of our members created a application in Raygun from his account and then raygun.io says "You are in trial mode."

I wan't a user to be able to create a application on the "Main" account, is this possible?

Hi Erik,

At present, the account that creates the apps is the 'owner' and the 'owner' needs to be the paying user. At the moment we know this isn't clear enough and we're working towards fixing that -- today we released a big back end change that will help us realise that.

For now we can ensure that all the apps you need to monitor are 'owned' by your paying account if you contact us and let us know (jdtrask@raygun.io). You shouldn't see the 'You're in trial mode' on apps that are owned by a paying account (in your case you may want to setup a login that's just everyone@yourcompany.com as the owner and we could move them all to being owned by that user?).

I hope that helps and sorry for the confusion!

Thanks for your reply, the application was not being used so we recreated it under the account with the billing information :)

Thanks!
