Stopped receiving expected raygun notifications

Greetings,

Over the weekend, we had a couple of incidents that normally result in emails being generated for “Repeating Error” and we didn’t receive those emails. Other members of our team are configured to receive the “Notify on error” emails and did see those. Additionally, members of our team did not receive the “Interaction emails” that should have been generated on the 28th.

All times are EST:

  • January 27, 21:00 we had 58 errors
  • January 28, 04:00 we had 61 errors
  • January 29, 00:00 we had 262 errors – this block had one specific error that happened 127 times

Hi Kim,

Sorry for the late reply, but it appears like we are sending you the Repeating error and Notify on error emails. Can you confirm that you are now receiving the emails or if there is still an issue?
