raygun dashboard throwing a 504

Hi

we are getting a 504 on our raygun dashboard https://app.raygun.com/plan/h3u9t7

it appears to only be this section as we are still able to browse other pages showing our error reporting.

Can you take a look please.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this issue. It was caused by the failure of a 3rd party service we relied on to retrieve some information required to display some information on that page. The page started working again after the service outage was restored.

We're investigating a way to better handle possible outages of this service in the future by at least displaying a proper error message.
