No emails or HipChat notifications when error is received

Today I noticed there was an error in Raygun that I had not been notified about via email or the HipChat plugin: https://app.raygun.io/dashboard/4a2tvk/errors/271718335

I have had all notifications enabled for the application (Notify on error, Notify on repeating error, and Daily Digest) but have not seen anything in my inbox.

The last error email I got was for an error on 4/23 around 9:30 am PT (https://app.raygun.io/dashboard/4a2tvk/errors/446686821) The other interesting thing is that the digest I received this morning did not include the new error that I had not been notified about either.

Please advise. Thanks!

I've had a look into this, and it appears as though a One Minute Followup email for the above error was delivered to your address on Apr 25, 2014 1:04 pm. There has also been another instance delivered at 6:55am for today's occurrences.

Unfortunately the content of the Digest email for the 26th has been purged, but I will keep an eye on it and make sure it appears in tonight's email (for 'Date: April 29th').

There have been several emails delivered to your address over the past few days - from one Digest, to 10+ (today, the 24th etc). This is recorded as successfully delivered in our email service.

As for the HipChat notifications, did the One Minute Followup message arrive for today's occurrence (looks to be at 1:54:17 pm your time)? Also, are you normally seeing other notifications for that app, and your other apps?

Hi all,

Hipchat is a discontinued integration therefore Raygun cannot support HipChat anymore
