Missing email alerts

Looks like we're missing some email alerts for some errors that popped up over the long weekend. One example is error 1725031401.

Any idea what is happening here? No one on the team received the alert so it isn't getting caught in spam or anything like that.

Hi colby,

It appears the error you are talking about first occurred 17 days ago. Users with "New error" notifications checked should have received a message then.

When the error occurred again 2 days ago no notification was generated as the default condition to trigger a "repeating error" notification requires a sustained number of new occurrences lasting over at least a minute to occur. As there was only a single occurrence this wasn't triggered.
