Navigating to Raygun Plan for Rapidparts Inc throws 500

Our raygun users, including myself, are having difficulty navigating to the Rapidparts Inc Plan page to manage users. It it throws 500 error pages most of the time.

This seems to have started a week or two ago and it also seems to be sporadic. Most of the time, most users get the 500 access, but the 3 times we've tried as a group, seemingly random users will have access for a window of time, then navigating back will get 500 errors.

  • I generated ~10 errors at about 11:17 AM EST on 11/1/2016, with 5 resulting in HTTP Error 504 and 4 resulting in HTTP error 500 (see attached)
  • Screenshots were taken using the latest version of Chrome

Hi,

Thanks for the detailed report. We've identified the cause (a timeout issue) and have a fix on the way. I'll send you an email once we've deployed the fix.

I tried it again today. The 1st page load threw a 500, but the 2nd went through ok. I'll let you know if we see any recurrences of this issue.
