Client reports

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been asked before, I am currently doing a trial as a potential solution for one of my clients who I need to keep track of any exceptions when we go live. They would like a simple report every month which shows how many errors have happened. Of course I can do this myself by looking at the date range but I was hoping that perhaps there might be a report somewhere which showed how many errors, average time to be marked as resolved etc?

Is there anything like this? Any suggestions?

Very sorry about the delay here! We're working on some reports that should help with this, but today we don't have this type of report sorry.
