How do I search crash reports?

Am I missing something obvious? I see filters, but there's no way to filter on the message in the crash. All I want to do is find all crash reports containing some specific text, which seems like an obvious thing to want to do, but I can't see how to do it.
Surely I'm missing something obvious here?
