JIRA Integration - Wrong Raygun App URL

Hi - I'm having an issue with the JIRA OAuth integration.

I have followed the steps as per the documentation (and done it twice to make sure I'm not doing something wrong).

I am currently able to create JIRA Issues from error instances in Raygun.

However, the URL in the description of the JIRA issue for the Raygun error instance is incorrect. It appears as https://app.raygun.io/crashreporting/...

I can only access the raygun instance on https://app.raygun.COM/crashreporting/... though.

Is there a known issue / fix for this?

Hi Sam,

You should be able to log into the app.raygun.io url with the same credentials as app.raygun.com as they both point to the same application.

However, I am in the process of getting a fix in place for this now and will be deploying it to production in the next day. This will resolve the issue for all future JIRA issues created from Raygun. They will get created with the app.raygun.com URL.

I'll post another update as soon as the fix is live in production.

Hi again,

We've deployed a fix for this so JIRA issues will now be created with the app.raygun.com URL. Note this will only take effect for issues created from now on.
