Too many errors / events processed

We have been receiving notification for 2 months now that one of the application is using up all ourt event quote. The team has now made some changes, however we now are not able to match the amount of events recorded according to the usage statistics with the view displayed by the individual application. Please advice on how we can reconcile these figures

Hi Kurt,

It looks like when you went over your usage we rate limited your plan, but we kept counting the errors against the application usage even though they were not being processed. This is something we are working on a fix for. The application usage figures will automatically reset on the 23rd. The correct figure for your usage is shown on plan overview page.

If you want us to manually correct the figures then please let me know.
