raygun exceptions gone after 7 days

Hi,
we've got a big problem: all our exceptions from our application seem to be gone or purged automatically after 7 days from the crash reporting tool. There isn't any exception older than 7 days - since a couple of weeks now. While looking through the different applications, there are not that much exceptions, that the bandwith should be exceed... What could be the problem?

Hi David,
It's not that the time selector at the top right is set to the last week (the default)?
We were getting feedback that while the data was showing for a week in the chart, the data below wasn't capped, so it now respects the time selector.
We are looking at a range of other UX improvements here too (e.g. remember your selection, have relative selection options like '1 Month'). But firstly, can you confirm if the time range might be the issue?

Oh hell, never thought, that we've could be that blind... Me and my colleagues laughed out loud, as we saw what u meant... You are right: We just missed out to change the time range from 1 week.
