Github Integration does not work

Simply trying to add Github integration. After granting permissions and access, which is confirmed in Github, I get an error message that says "Your Github token has expired" and telling me to push the button to renew it. When I do, the screen changes briefly and then jumps back to this.

We have 5 days left in our trial and was hoping to adopt this solution for our company. A working integration back to github is a requirement.

I have tried denying and re-granting access in Github to no avail.
