JIRA - Ticket creation fails

Hi folks,

I just setup the JIRA plugin and can see issues I could link the error report to. But when I click "create new ticket" it fails with an 500 http error.

Hi Sascha,

This can occur when there is a mismatch between what we are sending and whats required for a new issue ticket on your JIRA instance, I suspect this is what will be happening in your case. Ive added in some feedback to report any error we see which should help highlight what the problem is. If the problem persists could you let us know what you are seeing on the red error popup.
