Todays "instances" not shown

I would like to see how often the "Runtime Error" happened today. I can click through them by pressing the ">" button (there is more than 1). The last date shown for the "instance history" on the right is the 25th April 2016. Today is the 5th of May.

  1. Where can I see the occurrences today?
  2. Do you mean "occurrence" by "instance"? I find that a bit confusing, by "instance" I associate a virtual server or maybe a client (like an iOS/Android App).

Hi k.art,

The historygram displayed shows occurrences over the entire history of the error, it's meant to convey the general occurence trend for the error.

  1. To get time specific occurrences I recommend applying a date range filter on the Error Group list before clicking through to the specific error. The count will then reflect the number of occurrences within the filtered period.

  2. Yes instance means occurrence in this case.

I'll bring your comments up next time we update the error group page to see if we can improve things for your use case and address concerns around the terminology.
