If I add raygun to their project, and their license expires...what happens to their site.

Will it still try to send, but they have no ability to log in...like it won't intrusively harm their site right?

Hi Steve,

It will still send but we will simply discard the data if it's past expiry. No impact on their site at all.

One thing to keep in mind, if they decide they would like to keep using Raygun they can start paying and add you so you have access to their apps and yours. We have several customers who manage software for multiple customers that way.

I hope that helps!

Awesome, thanks for thinking of that

...okay what if they add me and I don't want it :) OR we launch, I access it for a bit, then want to stop seeing it. Can I opt out?

Okay well she added me...so in settings I appear to be able to remove HER but not myself?

I REALLY REALLY don't want to be part of this app for more than a couple weeks.

Can we get an OPT-IN when someone adds us...and the ability to remove ourselves? Its akward to go back to the client to say "Hey, I don't care anymore can you remove me please" :)

It looks like the default settings are - Notify me when an error occurs - Include in my daily digest of errors

Hi Steve,

Good idea about being able to remove yourself - you can't do that yet. If we don't ship a feature to do it before you need it then let me know and we can just remove you manually.

You can change the notification settings on the app - they're specific just to you. So if you decided you were happy to remain having access but didn't want to get notifications you can just jump into app settings and uncheck those two boxes.

I hope that helps,

I WILL be taking you up on that :)

...I know I can uncheck them, it's just that someone can add me to something and without my approval I'm defaulted to getting on-demand error notifications

Steve
