Count of occurrences between summary "Crash Reporting" screen and details screen doesn't match

I'm not sure if this is the intended behavior, or if the "count" column on the summary screen is intended to represent some other number (distinct somehow?) - but if I try to broaden the time period of errors to six months, or even one month, the number of occurrences of any given error in the summary "Crash Reporting" screen and the details screen for that error don't line up.
Example:
- One error I have says it occurred 3,627 times in the past month in the summary screen
- Viewing details on that same error says that it occurred 3,893 times in the same time period
Which is right?
This is important to us and the way we'd like to use Raygun in determining which (non-user impacting) bugs we'd like to address first, to reduce clutter.
Please let me know if this is the intended behavior, and if so, why these numbers differ (or if it really is a bug, and when we might expect a fix).
Thanks in advance.

Hi ToryB,
The count within the error instance page is the total number occurrence over all time. This is certainly a bit confusing if you've filtered to a specific time range so we're going to update this to display the instances within the filtered time period.
We hope to get this update out within the next few days.
Best regards, Alex

That's great news, Alex, thanks. That will help us prioritize bugs more easily based on recent occurrence (as opposed to historical).

Hi ToryB,
The update for the instance count has been released.
I've also put a note down to review the other values in the side information panel so it's a bit clearer whether specific values pertain to a filtered date range or not.
Cheers,
Alex
