Merging/Deleting/Ignoring Multiple Errors Doesn't Display Correctly Until After Refresh

When I select multiple error groups and then choose an action (Merge/Ignore/Delete/etc.), I then get the action success message but the error groups often continue to display as they were previously. Refreshing the page or clicking on Crash Reporting shows the properly updated list of errors. This behavior started recently, maybe within the last week or two. It's not super consistent. Sometimes the action correctly updates the display but sometimes it doesn't.

Depending on the number of error groups you're changing the status of, it can take a few moments to change everything as we fire it out to an offline process. We've made a few improvements around this recently to speed things up - but there may still be the occasional time where a refresh is needed.

Actually these symptoms resolved themselves some time ago. I only saw this happening for a week or so around when I reported the issue.
