webprovider-1.2.1.jar not sending errors

I am using the RayGun within a Servlet. I am using the webprovider-1.2.1.jar. The message is sent successfully but I don't see it in the Dashboard. However if I use core-1.2.1.jar within a Java desktop app it works.

Please let me know what could be the issue.
