Cant hook up Raygun to a console application

I am attempting set up a console app with Raygun. I am using the following directions: https://raygun.io/docs/languages/net/console-apps

When I attempt to create a new RaygunClient, it cant find that class. There is a RaygunClientBase but it cant be instantiated.

I have included Raygun via the package manager and in fact I have Raygun set up for a web api. That was very simple!
